Customer Service
(Bali)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Customer Service with high quality complaint handling and inquiry service for customers and agents/partners
  • Provide high quality cash service (if assigned) to meet quality and accuracy standards
  • Provide the e-mail and mail correspondence service (if assigned) for customers and agents/partners
  • Perform Customer Feedback Program and Customer Courtesy Calls campaigns in routine basis
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma from any majors and reputable university is preferable.
  • Minimum have 2 years experiences in insurance business and customer service.
  • Have a good communication skill
  • Able operate MS Office (computer literate)
  • Have analyze skill
  • Customer focus and quick respond
Closing Date: 26-5-11
