Responsibilities:
- Provide Customer Service with high quality complaint handling and inquiry service for customers and agents/partners
- Provide high quality cash service (if assigned) to meet quality and accuracy standards
- Provide the e-mail and mail correspondence service (if assigned) for customers and agents/partners
- Perform Customer Feedback Program and Customer Courtesy Calls campaigns in routine basis
- Minimum Diploma from any majors and reputable university is preferable.
- Minimum have 2 years experiences in insurance business and customer service.
- Have a good communication skill
- Able operate MS Office (computer literate)
- Have analyze skill
- Customer focus and quick respond
